OVERALL PURPOSE OF JOB

The Team Leader manages a group of billing analyst and is the primary interface with the Client/Onshore.

Responsibilities/Authorities :

• Ensure Eligibility Processors are trained appropriately.

• Plan and coordinate for work allocation.

• Balance workload within the team.

• Oversee the different processes handled by the team.

• Resolve any issues identified by the team.

• Provide feedback for quality and efficiency improvement and ensure corrective actions are taken.

• Attain and maintain acceptable levels of quality output in all task areas.
