Responsible for support of overall Sales Comp reporting, including monthly/weekly/quarterly reports, data mining, data entry, quality assurance and presentation preparation. Needs to deliver the output of data in a variety of formats including delimited text, MS Excel, MS Access, mail merged MS Word Documents or Excel-PowerPoint linked objects.For this role the extensive knowledge of MS Excel, PowerPoint and Access is required. All reporting initiatives follow strict deadlines and adherence to those is crucial, the environment is fast-paced and output must meet the highest quality standards.
General responsibilities:
- Contributing to the development of reporting, performance programs' tracking and tools maintenance
- Manage assigned reporting requests accurately and timely
- Identify and repair data with inconsistent, incomplete, improper values or formats
- Supporting the reporting processes of Sales Compensation
- Generating, enhancing and developing automated reports
- Continually enhances reports through improved processes
- Ensures data and report integrity
- Contribute to project-driven assignments, contributing to key sales comp programs & initiatives, in addition to routinely completing the following tasks:
- Data Entry and Database/SharePoint Maintenance
- Tracking Project status and Action items completion
- Communications preparation (emails, presentations, spreadsheets, C-level communication, exec. summary preparation)
- Meeting/Presentation preparation and facilitation
- Data Acquisition and Analysis, including the identification of trends, patterns areas of opportunity, problem segments, etc. |
Desired Profile | Skills
- Proficiency with standard office technology
- Strong proficiency in MS Office, particularly in Excel (including Macros) & PowerPoint, Outlook, Word, Access
- Detailed - oriented
- Analytical thinking a must
- Comfortable and experienced working with numbers, affinity for reporting.
- Outstanding accuracy
- Effective communication skills, comfortable working with people at all organization levels
- Excellent skills in utilizing Intra- and ExtraNets, as well as the Internet
- Some Database experience
- Excellent teamwork and learning ability, ability to work with others is a must
- Strong self-initiative with excellent follow-up skills
- Ability to work independently, prioritize and meet deadlines
Good organizational skills
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize.
- Fluency in English
- Education:
- Graduate degree preferred
- Education: Master or higher, MBA preferred

Experience
- Solid record of relevant past work experience (min 3-5 yrs)
- Experience in data gathering, processing and analysis
- High level knowledge of the IT industry
- Demonstrated cross functional knowledge and ability to lead projects
- Solid course work in related field |
