• Broad Architectural Skills in AD and surrounding technologies –Able to take a set of requirements from our internal business units in AD, DHCP, IAS, etc. and turn that into a set of buildable blueprints that can’t be rolled out. This person needs very sharp technical skills, an ability to conceptualize problems and their solutions, aware of new and existing technologies, ability to put together quality understandable plans.
• Scripting/Process Integrator –. Able to determine process improvements and use superior scripting capabilities to speed up and improve manual tasks. Requires good working knowledge of VBScript (others such as Java or Perl are good too) for creating AD GPO’s and other tasks.
• Competency in OCS architecture/SSCM design and operations
• AD knowledge as well as strong knowledge/background in File Server, DHCP, IAS, SCOM, etc.

• Core Infrastructure - Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, IAS, WINS
• Branch Services - DFSR, IIS (Web, SSL, FTP, SMTP), File/Print, Hyper-V
• Management Services - System Center Operations Manager (SCOM), System Center Configuration Manager (SCCM)
• Collaboration services - P2P (Unified Communications, OCS/LCS, Remote IM), Federation, VoIP/SIP
Required Skills:
• 10+ years of intensive experience in the analysis, design, implementation, and support of large and complex infrastructure (lifecycles and project management)
• Background working with listed Microsoft services/technologies
• Strong automation and process integration skills including scripting languages (Vbscript, Powershell, .NET)
• Strong analytical and demonstrated problem solving skills
• Documentation skills including experience writing evaluations, proposals, solutions documents and statements of work
• Implementation team leadership/coordination experience
• Engineering/Solution accountability and experience in managing over 500 servers including coordination between on-shore management and teams
