Seeking a technical Project Manager with C#, ASP.NET development skills to join our team. This individual will be instrumental in the management and construction of a robust, scalable solution consisting of ASP.NET (C#), Web Services, JavaScript, and Ajax. This position requires a highly motivated, organized individual who has an attention for detail and who is results-oriented.

This position is hands-on and involves both project management and development responsibilities with an approximate split of one-third project management and two-thirds development.

Responsibilities:

• Work with manager and director level stakeholders to manage, scope, plan, budget, and deliver one or more software development projects.

• Identify, track, and drive closure on all project actions, issues, and risks. Work to develop project plans, risk mitigation plans, and strategies.

• Maintain an integrated project plan and manage to the plan.

• Supervise team members.

• Technical understanding of hardware and systems software with the ability to understand the impacts of scope changes on project milestones, risks, or timeframes.

• Provide analysis of existing business processes and the development of functional and technical design documents.

• Design, develop, and test web applications and web services written in C#.

• Execute unit testing, integration testing, and acceptance testing.

• 5+ years of custom software development experience with strong project management and organizational skills.

• Result oriented and capable of balancing technical improvement with business results. Ability to motivate the team members and to maintain focus on timely delivery.

• 5+ years of solid design and development experience in C# and ASP.NET and a thorough knowledge of the .NET Framework and associated technologies such as IIS, WCF, and WF.

• Experience with portal technologies and hosted environments, especially in designing and implementing application-level security in these environments.

• Strong skills in OOAD and OOP, and the ability to apply these skills to real-world applications.

• Strong database experience with SQL Server.

• Experience in product development is a significant advantage.

• Thorough understanding of building user interfaces for ASP.NET applications. Experience using Ajax, XHTML, JavaScript, and other associated technologies is keenly desired.

• Experience with either the Telerik or Aspose components is a significant plus.

This function will drive the performance modeling and provides a structured and repeatable approach to meeting performance objectives. This role is the key technical expert, addressing problems of system integration, compatibility, and integration of multiple platforms. · 6 to 8+ years software development experience (product development) with 3+ years architectural and performance tuning experience on the Microsoft stack. - required

· Experience implementing and utilizing Microsoft Team Foundation Server.

· Expert in Agile development techniques : Scrum/ Extreme Programming – nice to have

· Demonstrated project management methodology experience, including technology delivery methods

· Expertise with XML, HTML, ASP.NET and other web development technologies - required.

· Experience with C#. VB.NET, WCF, WF, AJAX, JSON, LINQ and other development technologies. - required

· Experience with MS SQL Server 2005 and 2008 required, Oracle desired. MCPF-EA strongly preferred.
