4. Network optimization
1. Skillful in operating RNO analysis software, such as Probe & Assistant, Nastar, Scanner (for UMTS), TEMS, ACTIX, Nemo, Swissqual etc.
2. Skillful in operating RANOP, SCHEMA, OPTIMA etc.
3. Strong knowledge of GSM/GPRS/EDGE,CDMA, UMTS radio network optimization
4. Study on existing network configurations and Improve the network Performance, KPI Enhancement plan
5. Involve in drive test analysis and drive test, Assist drive test analysis engineer by providing technical solution
6. Do the network optimization based on traffic analysis
7. Monitor the KPI on daily wise, Maintain and improve the KPI Performance
8. Assist troubleshooting team on KPIs analysis by providing technical solution
9. Generate network evaluation report for Swap scenario
10. Evaluate Pre-swap DT result and Post swap DT results ensure the KPI’s .
11. Evaluate the impact of New Roll out to the network performance in the aspect of coverage and quality
12. Responsible for meeting all target KPIs Including Voice and Data services.

| Desired Profile | • Monitor the technical quality of reports and presentations for the project
• Generate and provide technical presentations to the customer
• Initiate discussion and presentation with Implementation team and customer to define the parameter baseline
• Responsible for Baseline update from customer requirement and technical upgrade
• Assist the sales responsible in pre-sale activities.

• Set up the Methods, Planning Tools and Data Processing functions in the project.
• Adapt the Methods, Planning Tools and Data Processing to meet the Contract and customer requirements
• Facilitate agreement with the customer of Scenario Define, Site Selection, methods, test route planning, parameter tuning, report formats and contents, etc

• Review and approve the RNP Reports and Change Proposals that the TechM Engineer have produced

• Model tuning parameter obtain from propagation model tuning module or select a familiar model agreed with customer
• Ensure evaluate the impact of Frequency Plan provided by customer where Swap and New Roll out implement simultaneously in a cluster is in acceptable level
• Responsible for negotiation with customer if Frequency Plan is not within an acceptable level in the scenario where Swap+New Roll out implement simultaneously
• Comprehensive analysis with RNP engineer on final frequency planning and neighbor planning
• Responsible for Nominal planning discussion with customer
• Ensure the final RF configuration
• Site list changed evaluation and discussion with customer
• Comprehensive analysis with RNP engineer on simulation result for the poor coverage and interference
• Define the channel configuration rule
• Monitor the technical quality of reports and presentations for the project
