Min 8-10 years of Oracle Application Implementation experience in some or all Financial modules

Preferably 3-4 years of core Finance & Accounting experience in Industry prior to Oracle Apps experience

Min 4 Full Life Cycle Implementation experience. Prefereably experience implementing in the US.

Project Management and people management experience.

Additional Certification like CISA will be added advantage

Should have excellent communication skills and ability to communicate conceptual ideas clearly and effectively.

Candidates would be required to operate at a team lead level and provide direction to the customer in the functional area.

Should have experience in conducting architecture, design and solution workshops and Conference Room Pilots

Should have experience in configuring the Applications (not from offshore)

Should be open to extensive travel and work in shifts in support projects, if necessary.
