2. At least 3-6 years of experience with RNP&RNO experience
3. Network planning
1. Strong knowledge of GSM/GPRS/EDGE, CDMA, UMTS
2. Radio network planning according to project requirement
3. Skillful in operating U-NET, Asset, Planet EV, Network Planning tools.
4. Do the network detail planning such as homing planning, LAC planning, frequency planning, neighbor planning and so on
4. Network optimization
1. Skillful in operating RNO analysis software, such as Probe & Assistant, Nastar, Scanner (for UMTS), TEMS, ACTIX, Nemo, Swissqual etc.
2. Skillful in operating RANOP, SCHEMA, OPTIMA etc.
3. Strong knowledge of GSM/GPRS/EDGE,CDMA, UMTS radio network optimization
4. Study on existing network configurations and Improve the network Performance, KPI Enhancement plan
5. Involve in drive test analysis and drive test, Assist drive test analysis engineer by providing technical solution
6. Do the network optimization based on traffic analysis
7. Monitor the KPI on daily wise, Maintain and improve the KPI Performance
8. Assist troubleshooting team on KPIs analysis by providing technical solution
9. Generate network evaluation report for Swap scenario
10. Evaluate Pre-swap DT result and Post swap DT results ensure the KPI’s .
11. Evaluate the impact of New Roll out to the network performance in the aspect of coverage and quality
12. Responsible for meeting all target KPIs Including Voice and Data services.
