Experience in Core Genesys areas like Framework, Inbound, Outbound - At least 1 yr experience in Genesys Chat implementation - Total experience 4 – 5 yrs in Genesys - Preferred - 1 full cycle implementation of Genesys Chat - Experienced in implementing Genesys chat for biz logic suggested by customer & handling tasks related to setting up Genesys Chat - Understanding the integration of Genesys with various database/s, switch & media gateway processes - Understanding the integration of Genesys chat to Genesys core components - Understanding the working of a call center environment using Hybrid architecture – Voice & Media (Chat, email) - Ability to lead a team in dual shore model -Excellent communication skills -Ability to work independently & in the team -Willing to work in on-site / offshore model |
