Assist in the solution and implementation of remote service management services for our international client base. We are now looking for an Solution / Implementation Manager for ITO (IT Outsourcing) accounts, therefore in this role you will need to have a good understanding of service desk, network, systems and security management.

Responsibilities

Primary but not all-inclusive responsibilities include:

Validating commercials and assisting Presales;

Owning the solution to be delivered during the complete project time line;

Organizing implementation resources for the service account;

Actively planning and tracking project progress, communicating and updating the stakeholders (including the client);

Managing risks and issues proactively;

Organizing documentation, testing and training, securing the quality of service;

Securing successful transition to Operations

Monitor the implementations in progress

Manage a Team of Implementation Managers

Recommend Process/plan improvements and Efficiencies

Develop client specific service solution with Unisys Engagement and Sales teams

May consult directly with current or potential clients on detailed service requirements

Determines cost for the specific service solution deals by detailing all pertinent variable components into a cost model

100% accountable for performing all actions needed to complete the service design on time and for ensuring other departments including service delivery are in agreement that we can meet the need with the design and in the proposed cost parameters.

Must be able to write and present designs that sell our value to the prospective client

Owns creation of Statements of Work for specific client proposals

Must be able to work on the transition or implementation team for the end user services.

Requirements

Bachelor (IT/Comp. Sc) or equivalent degree (MBA Preferred) with more than 10 years of experience

More than 3 years of experience in design/solutioning/architecting large global enterprise class IT infrastructure and 2 years experience with project and implementation management;

Should be well versed with onsite/offshore model of Managed Infrastructure Services Industry

Working knowledge of project management and service delivery methodologies, Prince 2, ITIL;

Results focused; solid organizational and time-management skills. Extremely focused on meeting deadlines;

Being able to work in a fast-cycle, fast-paced, dynamic environment, where changes occur on a daily basis;

Self starting, self motivating, self learning work approach;

Excellent verbal and written skills in English; other languages are beneficial;

Should be in a position to articulate and present solutions to clients/CTOs/CIOs.

Ability to work with minimal supervision and affinity for team-based action planning;

Excellent team player, hands-on;

Ability to co-ordinate multiple, dissimilar activities simultaneously; frustration and stress resistant.
