Skills Required:

 Should have managed PMO activities for large E2E / SI projects

 Should have Telecom Domain knowledge

 Should have prior experience in customer interfacing roles

 Program Planning, Execution & tracking

o Prepare, track, report and update program milestone plan

o Co-ordinate milestone deliveries and any program re-planning

o Collating, filing and distributing program and work-stream level communication including progress reports

o Ensure compliance with defined and published standards and procedures

o Consolidate weekly status updates (in dashboard) from streams and Issue weekly status reports.

 Risk management

o Analysing the program risks

o Plan for mitigating / managing these risks

 Dependencies / Issue Management

o Capture and maintain program level dependencies / Issues

o Chase closure of open issues / dependencies

o Escalate unresolved dependencies / issues

o Maintain Issue register and resolve it to closure

 Change Management

o Keep track of all changes with respect to the baseline scope

o Impact assessment

o Get changes approved from customer

 Resource Management

o Planning of resources (advance information from work-streams)

o Track fulfilment of resources

o Prepare resource movement reports (weekly) and send to respective stakeholders.

o Succession Management

 3rd Party vendor management

o Engaging with third party suppliers

o Engaging with COTS vendors

o Contract administration to handle contracts with subcontractors & suppliers

o Handling correspondence concerning the contracts

o Managing 3rd party deliveries
