Job Description | - Recruitment and Selection - Meet all the recruitment requirements for the zone. Coordinate with zonal business managers in staff selection process.
- Attendance & leaves record of Employees
- Performance Management System, Administration and implementation -Implement monthly & half yearly performance review cycle in the zone.
- Employee Relations and Communications -Responsible for Employee Retention and Engagement.
- HR policy administration - HR Operations - Timely information on joining & resignees to be reported to IEC; resolution of employee issues regarding compensation, joining and exit formalities, Follow up to ensure prompt resolution of F&F.
- Monthly visit to any one circle in the zone.
Ensure compliance with all Labour Laws in the zone. - Support the Management in all HR relates aspects
- HR Team building -Query resolution of zonal employees. Employee feedback & Counseling. Maintain harmonious employee relations. Grievance handling. Employee Welfare. Birthday & anniversary mails etc.
- Providing information to Business Managers on employee feelings, their requirements & issues, market competition, employee trends to facilitate effective decision-making.
- Development plans for Core / top 20% employees in the zone & Facilitate identification of top performing employees & their development plans.
