Job Description
  1. Recruitment and Selection - Meet all the recruitment requirements for the zone. Coordinate with zonal business managers in staff selection process.
  2. Attendance & leaves record of Employees
  3. Performance Management System, Administration and implementation -Implement monthly & half yearly performance review cycle in the zone.
  4. Employee Relations and Communications -Responsible for Employee Retention and Engagement.
  5. HR policy administration - HR Operations - Timely information on joining & resignees to be reported to IEC; resolution of employee issues regarding compensation, joining and exit formalities, Follow up to ensure prompt resolution of F&F.
  6. Monthly visit to any one circle in the zone.

    Ensure compliance with all Labour Laws in the zone.
  7. Support the Management in all HR relates aspects
  8. HR Team building -Query resolution of zonal employees. Employee feedback & Counseling. Maintain harmonious employee relations. Grievance handling. Employee Welfare. Birthday & anniversary mails etc.
  9. Providing information to Business Managers on employee feelings, their requirements & issues, market competition, employee trends to facilitate effective decision-making.
  10. Development plans for Core / top 20% employees in the zone & Facilitate identification of top performing employees & their development plans.
