• Six Sigma Master Black Belt/Black Belt

• Executing projects at project/ engagement / organization level.

• Mentor the Green belt individuals for executing their Green Belt project.

• Conduct awareness and Green belt trainings

• Helping the project teams in identifying the six sigma opportunities by analyzing their metrics data, conducting Brainstorming sessions etc.

• Act as Change Agents in spreading the benefits of six sigma across all types of projects (both Development and Maintenance).

• Should have 9 - 12 yrs of overall experience in IT.

• 3 - 5 yrs of six sigma experience.

• Should be Black certified..

• Strong knowledge in DMAIC and LEAN methodologies

• Exposure to DFSS methodology

• Strong communication & Influential skills – ability to communicate concisely and accurately

• Excellent organizational skills and the ability to multi-task.

• Ability to work independently and execute responsibilities with minimum supervision.

• Ability to maintain a good and positive work relationship with stakeholders and customers
