Implements peer reviews and transition point quality checks.

Manages a work plan and schedule.

Monitores and analyzes work metrics and took action to resolve issues.

Manages and resolves risks and issues around scope, quality, work effort, resources, and schedule.

Communicates status to stakeholders.

Ensures alignment of any changes to the project commercials (financials, resources/staffing mix, contract compliance).

Coordinates his team's work to complete assigned tasks by focusing on high priorities first.

Resolves problems with the team by focusing energy on solving issues rather than blaming others.

Helps team members prioritize tasks.

Supports team functionnally and technically
