* Perform holistic end-to-end deal assurance, financial analysis & revenue recognition risk assessment covering all non standard elements of both Product & Service deals, for India Area.

* Work with Sales Team to repackage & optimize deals and prevent potential channel or country/theatre conflicts.

* Build relationship with cross-functional teams within Cisco including Cisco Capital, Corporate Revenue, Legal, Tax, Business Unit etc to enable close interaction for deal reviews, and ensure appropriate deal structuring is applied to obtain best overall result for the company.

* Facilitate deal reviews and approvals by Field Sales and Finance management through to Area Senior Management.

* Work with Field Sales to implement pricing and deal packaging guidelines from Area mannagement.

* Deliver ongoing education to ensure Sales Team understanding and compliance to the non standard deals process.

* Interpretation of standard reports to provide Area VP and Sales Controller with analysis identifying common trends and issues around pricing and competitive issues: learning from deals, pricing pressures, competitive pressures, loopholes and share learning with other members of the organisation.

* Participate on qualification and guidance on Mega Deals, and work alongside Deal Consultant.

* Build close business partnerships within Sales Finance

* Develop discount reduction management proposals with Sales & Finance leaders.

Candidate needs to have the following skills:

* Be able to work under pressure and enjoy working with sales

* Strong on financial analysis, compliance, revenue recognition skills

* Some commercial, deal structuring skills an advantage

* Capable of building solid business partnerships

* Self-motivated, able to work independently

* BS degree and 7 years of related experience or CPA/ACA/ACCA/MBA and 5 years of related experience or 9 years of relevant experience
