Websphere Commerce Architect

Ability to drive ecommerce tech strategy and participate in design and implementation

Should have at least 5 years of WCS experience and 2-3 years of Solution architect experience in full WCS lifecycle implementations. (open for experience on ATG, Sterling commerce, Blue Martini)

Indepth knowledge of WCS (or similar e-commerce products) business models, best practices, methodologies

Indepth knowledge of Ecommerce Industry

Ability to interact very closely with the customer architecture teams

Ability to mentor and guide WCS developers and designers

Required Skills - Technical and Non Technical

Skill 1 Java

Skill 2 J2EE - Very strong in JSP and EJB

Skill 3 Struts

Skill 4 Relevant Ecomm industry skills

Skill 5 WCS Architecture, Design and Implementation experience

Skill 6 WCS Business Models, best practices, methodologies
