Technical skills: Adobe Flash and Action Script 3.0, Java, HTML, JavaScript, AJAX, XSL and CSS

Responsibilities:

• Serve as a Senior Developer with primary responsibilities that include the development of high-end flash-based programs and Web sites

• Must ensure that all programs meet and exceed client's expectations and the firm's standards of excellence

• Will collaborate with interactive team members, creative directors, programmers, and video personnel as needed during the project life cycle

• Manage and develop interactive projects from start to finish

• Assist in developing project development plans and timelines

• Handle the development and management of multiple flash and Web-based projects

• Conduct and create project specification and requirements analysis documents

• Develop designs, flow diagrams, concepts, and prototypes

• Plan production benchmarks with fellow Interactive Developers

• Conduct thorough testing, quality control and debugging as needed

• Demonstrate excellent time management skills as well as the ability to prioritize projects

Essential skills:

3 -5+ years of software development experience;

Extensive development experience with Flash

Extensive knowledge of Action Script 3 programming

Expert level proficiency in Adobe Flash and Action Script 3.0

Strong math skills and abilities

Desired skills:

The experience with the following fields would be appreciated:

- building Adobe AIR/Flash and Flex application;

- HTML, JavaScript, AJAX, XSL and CSS;

- Server side technologies (preferably Java) and the web service.

- Core Java must include good hands on experience with OOPS, Multithreading, collections and exceptions
