Description:

The Software Engineer's role is to analyze, design, program and test computer software programs and applications. Works closely with Product Design, Business Analysis, Systems Analysis, Quality Assurance and Customer Support to assess, enhance, maintain and support software solutions to business problems. Using strong logic, computer language syntax and sequencing skills, the Senior delivers and maintains application and system software providing comprehensive business solutions to the healthcare industry.

The role requires a minimum of 4 years of Software development experience in .NET platform. The position is responsible for software design and development of constituent web solutions for the Facets Extended Enterprise and QNXT systems. The position exhibits strong design, development, testing, and customer service skills and process knowledge. The candidate should have in depth knowledge of software development utilizing, .NET standards and .NET 3.5 framework components, C#, WCF and Visual Studio. Create or improves processes which facilitate knowledge sharing and team collaboration. Serve as a mentor for Senior and junior level team members. Mentoring activities include detailed design and coding review and acts as a technical resource for troubleshooting and solving technical issues. Develop junior level personnel in technical complexities of assigned work.

• 4-5 years of experience in designing, implementing, and supporting web based applications.

• Expert in web development utilizing.NET 3.5 framework, C# and Visual Studio.

• Familiarity with use case driven development and UML modeling desired.

• Experience working in LINQ, WCF, TFS, and .NET technologies

• Strong Knowledge of Ajax, ASP.NET and Relational Database, MS SQL, Sybase, Oracle.

• Minimum of 4 years of software development experience.

• Requires a B. S. in Computer Science, Information Systems, or other software development program.
