Maven, Cruise Control, Subversion and Continuous Integration tools – nice to have

1. Work with the technology project teams to guide the design of new applications to support client business needs.
2. Develop and enhance code based on project documentation including written requirements, flow diagrams, UI design and data designs.
3. Participate in requirements definition.
4. Assist in the estimation of work for the Web Technologies group by defining task breakdown, project duration and concurrent effort.
5. Assist in production escalation and problem resolution.
6. Function independently with project assignments and with minimal supervision.
7. Exhibit a process-oriented mind set.
8. Produce detailed and accurate documentation relating to assigned projects and tasks.

1. 2-5 years of demonstrated experience in OOD / OOP in core J2EE Java version 1.5 or better.
2. Java skills must have threading experience.
3. Good communication skills along with Windows, some UNIX and Linux platform experience is a must.
4. Strong software Object-Oriented design skills and design patterns are needed to be able to use interfaces and classes properly.
5. Experience in collaborative teams using revision control systems such as CVS.
6. Ability to demonstrate previous work via URLs.
