*Hands on experience in Web Designing.

*Expertise in HTML , XHTML , PHP, Adobe Photoshop , Adobe Illustrator required.

*Knowledge of Action script, Java Script and DHTML is preferred.

*Exposure of PHP preferred.

*Creating design comparisons and layouts for web.

*Converting PSD files to HTML using CSS , DIV etc.

*Regular website maintenance.

*Creating GIF and Flash animations for web.

*3+ years of experience in Web designing. (required).

*Experience designing and prototyping UI (required).

*Know how of usability and accessibility standards (required)

*Ability to conduct task analyses, usability tests, heuristic evaluations, cognitive walkthroughs, site visits, focus groups and related user research.

*Ability to interact with client and very good communication skills.
