Job summary:

AIDU Process Developer:

• Develop, test and publish AIDU Level 5 Process Maps for Internal as well as External Clients of Accenture Technology Infrastructure Services
• Manage and maintain the AIDU tool for various clients
• Maintain Change control request and process on the AIDU tool
• Active participation in arriving at a state of the art Knowledge sharing & management system for all businesses.
• Maintain the Sharepoint 2003 Platform for the AIDU tool
• Maintain the Back end SQL database
• Expert Knowledge of Client Interaction and Demonstration.
• Demonstrates understanding of the Clients business and is able to complete deliverables within time.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills..
• Knowledge of the ITIL concept and best practices.
• Knowledge of COBIT controls
• Develop and tests processes through End to End testing.
• Demonstrates good Time management skills.
• Maintain Expert level Knowledge on Microsoft Office and Visio 2003, Macro Programming, SharePoint 2007
• Seeks opportunities to improve knowledge, skills, and performance and is receptive to constructive feedback.
• Work independently and maintain a high degree of professional conduct at all times
• Willingness to work varying hours as required
