• Should be strong in COBOL, JCL, VSAM, DB2 & CICS.

• Should have :

1. strong experience in COBOL development for system interfaces.

2. Have experience in Solution Design.

3. Hands on experience on Coding and Testing to ensure quality of deliverable.

4. Good hands on reviews, testing, CM, manage releases.

• Should be good in Project reporting, quality management Production support, maintenance for the set of applications

• Banking domain is a plus.

• Excellent communication skills and inter personal skill
