Job Summary:

Primary Skills:

Advanced knowledge of workstation imaging, deployment processes, and technologies

Interface with clients to understand their environment and capture the knowledge

Able to represent DMM capabilities to clients

Capture knowledge from new environments and share with other personnel in India and other geographies to support client needs.

Execute assigned projects, ensuring that targets are met and alerting management of any changes in deliverables or budget

Knowledge and Skill Requirements:

• Strong written and verbal communication skills (English)
• Good people management skills
• Ability to take ownership for tasks and issues, utilizing all resources available and multitask
• Experience with workstation imaging technologies such as Ghost / Power Quest / RIS
• Advanced knowledge of software packaging and deployment processes and technologies
• Software installation packaging experience, preferably with Wise and/or Install Shield
• Knowledge of Windows Infrastructure, AD and SMS
• Software distribution experience, preferably with SMS/SCCM
• Excellent systems administration skills utilizing Microsoft platforms (Windows Server 2003, Windows 2000 Advanced Server)
• Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and interact with key executives.
• Experience on virtual systems (Virtual PC, Virtual Server or VMWare)
