Job Description

Relevant experience as HR Generalist in BPO/Call Center.

Requirement Specification:

• Excellent communication skills and good team handling experience.

• Actively involved and implementation of Employee Engagement Activities

• Ability to take decision at required and critical circumstances.

• Handling Experience of On Boarding, Background Checks, Submission of documents, Creation of personnel files

• Understands Statutory formalities, Leave and Attendance Management

• Vendor Management for Engagement Activities

• Employee/HR Help Desk

• Implementation of corrective action policy

• Internal Communication Management

• Feedback roll out

• Experience in Grievance Handling, Exit, Performance Management

• Conducting Exit interviews

• Hands on Excel experience, Data Base Management

Desired Profile

Others:

• Candidate should have secured minimum of 50% across Graduation, 12th and 10th

• Candidates should be willing and open to work 24/7 shifts.
