Job Description

• Understanding property requirements of prospects through emails or phone and providing relevant data/ information about existing clients/new projects.

• Meeting HNIs (High Net worth Individual), NRI clients giving them various investment proposals, briefing them about the product, convincing the customers.

• Converting prospects into customers and achieving sales targets.

• Regular coordination with builders/brokers and maintaining good relationship with them.

• Providing after sales support to the clients and maintaining good relationship with them.

• Exploring the new investment avenues through Market research.

Desired Profile

• MBA with 1-2 yrs of experience.

• Excellent Communication Skills.

• Has been exposed to hardcore sales function with target pressures.

• Proven track record of Sales and Target achievement.

• Should be computer savvy.
