· Architecting solutions based on Altair’s Grid technology based workload management solution suite for High Performance Technical Computing environments across various verticals to create business opportunity.

· Involves Pre- sales implementation consulting to our customers, solution partners, Global OEMs and Application solution partners

· Technical post sales support and laisoning with corporate support group to resolve technical issues to ensure smooth operations.

· Interacting with the development team and provide inputs on required feature functionalities of grid based workload management to suit the particular industry vertical .

· Participation in Grid technology events, seminars across India & Asean to evangelize our Grid solution suite to build the brand and increase mindshare

· Involves frequent business traveling within India, South Asian countries and US

· Adequate / in-depth knowledge of High performance computing environment (preferred industry: - EDA, Life Sciences)

· Administration of servers in batch processing environment

· UNIX shell programming and Perl programming

· Knowledge / exposure to MPI/LAM/PVM tools (Preferred, but not mandatory)

· Exposure to Grid technologies (PBS Pro, LSF or SGE) - (Preferred, but not mandatory)

· Good Presentation/communication skills.
