• BS/ MS Computer Science from Reputed Institute

• 4+ Years of research, design, and systems software product engineering experience

• Systems programming experience on all kinds of Unix/ Linux/ Windows platforms

• Distributed systems, Clustering, Thread Programming experience

• OS/Networking/Storage Systems Programming experience

• C/C++, Java, JNI programming skills

• Shell, Perl, Batch file, scripting, system calls programming skills

• Good debugging and troubleshooting skills

• Proven track record to define, build and ship products in a timely manner

• Good communication and teamwork skills

• Knowledge of Oracle products - RDBMS, Real Application Clusters is a plus
