• This Job consists of 90% of Travel (US and Europe) and flexible enough to work in shifts

This position is responsible for supporting migration initiatives by participating in meetings, identifying solutions and assisting in migrating client processes across various vertical markets.

Essential Job Functions:

Clearly identify and assess contract Statement of Work for migration initiative with Transition Manager.

Interact with client for certain business functions.

Participate in meetings as needed.

Work with client and ACS Transition Manager in completing necessary transition documentation.

Create Visio Process flows

Identify issues and possible resolution.

Assist in identify solutions for migration needs.

Ensure client understands migration/transition methodologies.

Meet project based timelines

Participate in peer reviews of documentation gathered to ensure it meets identified standards.

Travel 75%

Other related duties as assigned.

Knowledge of Project Management

Knowledge of presentation techniques

Knowledge of effective customer relations

Computer literacy using the full Microsoft Office Suite

Organizational and time management skills

Education and Experience

Bachelor degree in business or finance related field or 2-5 years work experience in business or finance. Preferred: MBA in business or finance. Minimum of two years experience in business or finance as an analyst or project manager.
